Tran Van Thanh High School proposed that the Department of Education and Training of An Giang province soon advise the Provincial People's Committee to implement the project to build new facilities for the unit. In the immediate future, it is necessary to invest in building 5 more classrooms for the 2025-2026 school year.

Through the survey, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training Thieu Van Nam acknowledged the school's proposal and emphasized that he will coordinate with relevant departments to survey, evaluate, and renovate classrooms. At the same time, he will establish a project to build a new Tran Van Thanh High School that meets national standards, with 45 classes, ensuring facilities for long-term teaching and learning...

Tran Van Thanh High School was built in 1999, currently has 29 classes, with 1,260 students, but only 15 main classrooms. The expected scale after merging with Binh Long Secondary and High School in 2030 is 45 classes, more than 2,000 students, so it is necessary to expand an additional 5,000m² of land to build a school that meets national standards.
