Survey on implementing democracy and the skillful mass mobilization movement in Yen Chau district

(Yen Chau) On May 28, the working delegation of the Provincial Steering Committee on implementing democracy at the grassroots level, led by Comrade Vang A La, Provincial Party Committee member, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation as Deputy Head of the delegation, came to survey the leadership and direction of implementing democracy and the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" in Yen Chau district. Working with the delegation were Comrade Me Thi Ha, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, and comrades in the District Steering Committee on implementing democracy at the grassroots level.

In recent times, the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Charter in Yen Chau district has contributed to raising awareness and responsibility of cadres, party members and people, the operating methods of the entire political system have been innovated in the direction of "respecting the people, being close to the people, understanding the people, being responsible to the people" to create consensus among all classes of people. Promoting administrative reform, applying information technology, digital transformation has contributed to improving the efficiency of solving work in a quick, effective and efficient manner. There have been many models and methods of implementing democracy at the grassroots level associated with the effective "Smart Mass Mobilization" model, contributing significantly to the results of completing socio-economic and national defense and security targets in the locality. Up to now, in the district, there are 109 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models with practical effectiveness in the fields of economy, society, national defense and security and Party building, of which 2/8 models have been confirmed as typical "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models at the provincial level, 4/27 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models at the district level and 3/74 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models at the grassroots level...

At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying the shortcomings, limitations and solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of implementing the grassroots democracy regulations; maintain the effectiveness and replicate the "Skilled People's Mobilization" models in the district... The working delegation also requested the District Steering Committee to continue to research, study, disseminate and implement the Law on Implementing Democracy at the Grassroots Level to 100% of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers; strengthen leadership and direction, promote the role and responsibility of the members of the District Steering Committee in implementing the democratic regulations and the "Skilled People's Mobilization" movement at the grassroots level...

Previously, the Delegation visited and surveyed the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" models in Chieng Hac and Chieng Pan communes, Yen Chau district.
