Born into a family with a father working in the police force, since childhood, Quynh loved the blue police uniform and always dreamed of becoming a special policewoman.

In 2020, after graduating from high school, Quynh applied to public security schools but failed. She had to give up her dream and switched to studying Public Relations at Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance.

Graduated with a degree in Public Relations, Quynh worked as an office worker for a company in Ho Chi Minh City, then moved to Nha Trang City.

She thought she had missed her dream, but in mid-2024, when Khanh Hoa province had a quota for recruiting female police officers, Quynh immediately wrote a volunteer application. At that time, Quynh was somewhat worried, anxiously waiting for the results.

With a height of 1m7, weight of 55kg, and a bachelor's degree, Quynh easily passed the screening round and was overwhelmed with happiness when she received her admission letter.

"When I passed the preliminary round and then received the decision to join the army, I breathed a sigh of relief, as if I had partly achieved my dream," Quynh said.

Quynh shared that before writing a volunteer application to join the special police force, she had researched carefully because the training environment was very harsh. Although she had been trained in Vovinam, Quynh still tried to train her body. Every day, she spent time exercising such as going to the gym, jogging, swimming, and playing badminton to ensure her physical health, in order to adapt to the new environment with training that would certainly be very difficult.

She believes that the police environment is not only a place to practice courage and discipline, but also full of challenges and opportunities for personal development. "I will try to stick with the police force for a long time, no matter what field I am assigned to, I am ready to respond and complete the task well," Quynh shared and believes that she has enough health and spirit to overcome all difficulties.

Quynh hopes that after his military service, he can become a professional police officer, serving the special police force, true to his wish.

In Khanh Hoa, the ceremony of handing over and receiving soldiers to join the People's Public Security service took place on the morning of February 13, in Nha Trang City. The total number of citizens enlisted in the province is 314, including only one female, Tran Ngoc Huong Quynh.

Female master's degree holder and girl studying music education volunteer to join the army. Nguyen Thuy Nhu Anh, who graduated with honors with her master's degree, and Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, who is studying music education at university, volunteered to join the army in 2025.
