Rewarding 11 businesses with outstanding achievements in production and business activities in 2022

On the morning of August 7, 2023, the Provincial Industrial Parks (IPs) Management Board (Head of the Enterprise Emulation Block in the Provincial IPs) held a conference to review the emulation and reward work in the first 6 months of the year, and deploy directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2023.

Head of the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board Ha Dinh Nha awarded the Emulation Flag of the Provincial People's Committee to enterprises with outstanding achievements in production and business activities in 2022.

In the first 6 months of 2023, the emulation and reward work was focused on and implemented by the leaders of the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board according to the plan launched by the province, focusing on key points.

The civil servants and public employees of the Board have been proactive, creative, united, responsible and have completed their assigned tasks well; 100% of administrative procedures under the Board's jurisdiction were handled at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center according to regulations; the rate of handling administrative procedures on time and before the deadline reached 99.3%.

Investment promotion, management and implementation of infrastructure construction investment in industrial parks are focused on by the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board.

The Board has proactively approached and promoted large enterprises, corporations, and projects that are suitable for planning and industry characteristics to attract investment in industrial parks, while guiding and taking investors to visit industrial parks, survey locations and investment procedures, to call for and attract new investment projects.

In the first 6 months of 2023, the industrial parks attracted 16 projects and adjusted to increase capital for 19 projects. In the province, there were 8 more FDI projects put into production and business operations. Enterprises in the industrial parks attracted and created new jobs for 4,499 workers; as of June 15, 2023, the total number of workers in the industrial parks was 132,529, of which 74,002 were from Vinh Phuc , accounting for 55.8% of the total number of workers...

As the Head of the Enterprise Emulation Block in the Industrial Parks, from the beginning of 2023, the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board issued a decision to divide 412 enterprises into 5 emulation clusters; organized the signing, launched the emulation movement and launched the emulation of the block to all member enterprises in the block.

The Board has proactively promoted to businesses the building of typical models in production and business, encouraged businesses to have initiatives, technical improvements, and apply scientific and technological advances in production and business to bring high economic efficiency; actively invested in expanding business fields and industries; fulfilled tax obligations and policies towards employees; and met safety standards on security, order, and environment.

Monitor and focus on businesses with many achievements in production and business activities and contributions to society to guide businesses to register for emulation and submit to all levels for annual rewards.

Units in the bloc have organized and implemented practical emulation movements that are close to the reality of the enterprise; the emulation content is closely linked to the production and business tasks of each enterprise and is deployed to all cadres, workers and employees of the unit and units.

In the last 6 months of 2023, the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board will focus on effectively implementing state management tasks for industrial parks.

Accelerate the progress of completing technical infrastructure of industrial parks that have been granted Investment Certificates; strengthen on-site investment promotion, selectively attract investment, taking quality, efficiency, technology and environmental protection as priority criteria; improve the investment and business environment, create an equal investment and business environment among investors; proactively propose solutions to remove difficulties for projects, improve the effectiveness of post-investment project management activities, contributing to the completion of the set goals and plans.

At the conference, 11 enterprises in industrial parks with outstanding achievements in production and business activities in 2022 were awarded Emulation Flags and Certificates of Merit by the Provincial People's Committee.
