In recent times, the emulation movement "Building a cultural environment in press agencies" has always received close and timely attention and direction from many agencies and units. Immediately after the emulation movement was launched, the associations at all levels promptly concretized and deployed it to journalists and members of press agencies and Journalists Associations at all levels.

The emulation movement's contents are suitable to the practical situation of performing the tasks of the governing bodies, press agencies, and Journalists' Associations at all levels from central to local levels.

In Khanh Hoa province, in recent years, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Journalists Association has focused on directing and thoroughly implementing the emulation movement "Building a cultural environment in press agencies"; developing plans and organizing the signing and commitment to implement the Criteria for cultural press agencies and culture of Vietnamese journalists, among affiliated Journalists Associations and press agencies in Khanh Hoa.

The Provincial Journalists Association always determines to build a cultural environment in press agencies, focusing on building cultural press agencies and cultural journalists. This movement will promote and spread the response, active participation, create a practical and meaningful emulation movement for press agencies to fulfill the role and mission of revolutionary journalism in preserving, building and developing an advanced Vietnamese culture with strong national identity. Consider culture as a true "spiritual foundation", "development motivation"; promote cultural values ​​and the strength of the Vietnamese people, strongly arouse patriotism, national self-reliance and the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country.

Journalist Doan Minh Long - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Journalists Association, Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Journalists Association said: Building press agencies into a model unit in culture and culture in the style of journalism will have specific characteristics. In particular, there needs to be a culture of accessing information to convey and communicate correctly, the cultural environment in the press agency plays an important role not only for each agency and unit, but also demonstrates the civilization and progress of individual journalists, the organization of journalists in the new era.

“And facing a digital era, a new challenge for Vietnam's revolutionary press in the modern industrial era 4.0. From individuals to collectives, if we all unite to implement good office culture at press agencies, it will contribute to the sustainable development of agencies and units, creating a healthy working environment, improving efficiency and seriousness in press information and communication work,” emphasized journalist Doan Minh Long.

Similarly, at the Today's Rural Newspaper/Dan Viet, along with continuing to implement the 10 regulations on professional ethics and rules for using social networks of Vietnamese journalists, the Association has responded to the movement "Building a cultural environment in press agencies", promoting and contributing to helping members and journalists of the Today's Rural Newspaper/Dan Viet continue to raise their sense of responsibility in the "mission of a writer" with "a bright mind, sharp pen, pure heart".

Journalist Vu Kieu Minh, Vice President of the Central Journalists' Association of Vietnam Farmers' Association, General Secretary of the Editorial Board of Nong Thon Ngay Nay/Dan Viet newspaper shared: Building a cultural environment in the press agency at Nong Thon Ngay Nay Newspaper does not stop at requiring members to strictly comply with the rules and ethics when working in the press, but also spreads into movements and competitions such as "Goc dep Nong Thon Ngay Nay", launched by the Newspaper Union for union members as well as members of the Journalists' Association to participate in the competition, consider the agency as their home, create green - clean - beautiful working spaces right in the agency to create inspiration at work.

It is known that not only the Today's Rural Newspaper Association but also many other Associations and Associations have effective initiatives and activities to respond to the movement of building a cultural environment in press agencies. Each member has focused on cultivating, training, and improving professional ethics to always be "cultural journalists", not falling into temptation, maintaining the qualifications and dignity of journalists during the work process.

In fact, many local Associations, branches and sub-branches have cleverly integrated the building of cultural movements in press agencies with cultural, sports and other professional activities. Propaganda is organized in many diverse and attractive forms to attract members and reporters to participate. Many units focus on organizing the signing ceremony of emulation covenants to build a cultural environment. Organizing seminars and talks to disseminate the content and meaning of emulation movements; integrating into meetings, conferences, and including in year-end emulation movement evaluations...

It can be said that from a correct emulation movement and the active participation of all levels of the association, it has contributed to raising awareness and responsibility of journalists nationwide about the position and importance of culture for the development of journalism, the development of the country, as well as the sustainable development of each press agency.
