Accordingly, implementing the direction of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security , the Traffic Police Department and the Director of Bac Ninh Provincial Police on verifying the group of subjects who drove motorbikes and caused chaos on the streets in the area.
The District Police Investigation Agency determined that from February 2023 to present, Dang Dinh Quang (born in 1990, residing in Yen Phong, Bac Ninh) created the social network account "Chu Ba Thong" and established "X-Men Association" and "Youth Playground". "X-Men Association" alone has 14 participants, this group regularly posts videos of Quang and the subjects performing wheelies and weaving on the road.
Up to now, Yen Phong District Police in coordination with Bac Ninh City Police have summoned and fought against 9 subjects including: Dang Dinh Quang, Hoang Cong Minh (born in 1997, from Yen Bai), Hoang Van Minh (born in 2005, residing in Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh), B.D.M. (born in 2006, residing in Kim Boi, Hoa Binh), Dinh Van Hieu (born in 2003, residing in Cao Phong, Hoa Binh), LVH (born in 2006, residing in Muong La, Son La), Nguyen Chien Thang (born in 2003, residing in Con Cuong, Nghe An), Do Tien Dat (born in 2005, residing in Yen The, Bac Giang) and BVN (born in 2006, residing in Bac Me, Ha Giang).
During the investigation, the subjects admitted to driving their motorbikes in a wheelie and weaving on roads in Yen Phong Industrial Park and Provincial Roads 277 and 295 (Tu Son, Bac Ninh). After checking Quang's mobile phone, the Investigation Police Agency determined that there were 136 videos of motorbike wheelies in Yen Phong and Tu Son districts, Bac Ninh City...
Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Yen Phong District Police has issued a decision to prosecute 7 suspects including: Dang Dinh Quang, Hoang Cong Minh, B.D.M., LVH, Nguyen Chien Thang, Do Tien Dat. At the same time, Yen Phong District Police issued a decision to temporarily detain 4 suspects including: Quang, Minh, Dat, Thang.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Huy Chieu, Deputy Chief of Yen Phong District Police (Bac Ninh), said that riding a motorbike while wheelie-ing and weaving in and out of traffic is a dangerous behavior for society.
"This behavior not only threatens the safety of life and property of the driver but also poses a high danger to other road users. This behavior is not only subject to administrative penalties but also criminal prosecution for disturbing public order," said Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Huy Chieu.
The Investigation Police Agency of Yen Phong District Police is continuing to consolidate the case file and expand the investigation with related subjects.
