Accordingly, these two companies were fined VND 77.5 million according to the provisions of Point a, Clause 4, Article 42 of Decree No. 156/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government for not disclosing information that must be disclosed according to the provisions of law.
Specifically, Thuy Duong Vietnam Hotel Services Company Limited did not send the information disclosure to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) for the 2020 Financial Report, Semi-annual Report 2021; Payment of interest and principal of bonds in 2020, Semi-annual Report 2021; Report on the use of capital from bond issuance in 2020, Semi-annual Report 2021.
Thanh Le Import-Export Trading Corporation did not send the content of the HNX information disclosure for the Financial Reports of 2020, semi-annual reports of 2021, 2022; Status of payment of interest and principal of bonds in 2020, semi-annual reports of 2021, 2022; Report on the use of capital from bond issuance in 2020, semi-annual reports of 2021, 2022.
Thanh Le Import-Export Trading Corporation was fined 77.5 million VND for not disclosing information.
Thanh Le Import-Export Trading Company (Thalexim) was established in 1991, operating under the Parent Company - Subsidiary model with 9 affiliated units including 6 subsidiaries and 3 branches.
The company's business activities include: Import and export of petroleum; Investment in development and business of industrial park infrastructure; Real estate business, office and port warehouse rental; Business of cultural - social services, entertainment.
Regarding the financial picture, in the second quarter of 2023, Thalexim recorded net revenue of VND 4,569 billion, down 29% compared to net revenue of VND 6,468 billion in the second quarter of 2022.
