At Lien Ha Thai, the investor not only builds modern infrastructure but also focuses on pioneering the application of ESG (Environment - Society - Governance) criteria, creating a foundation to attract investment, enhance competitive advantage and contribute to the community.
Green infrastructure was prepared from the very first day with a wastewater treatment system planning with a total capacity of 25,000 m3/day and night, a large land fund for planting trees, creating a buffer zone with residential areas and both sides of the internal traffic system sidewalks. Tens of thousands of trees have grown well, becoming "green lungs" for factories, contributing to creating a park-like landscape.
The fire prevention and fighting center, solar power, canal system, lake and pumping station not only serve the purpose of water supply, drainage, flood prevention and fire fighting but also regulate the temperature, improve air quality and reduce environmental impact. This is also a factor that helps the products of enterprises in Lien Ha Thai meet export standards to the EU, the US, Korea, etc.

Along with that are housing projects for experts, social housing for workers, support for civil infrastructure, funding for public works, building model cemeteries in land clearance work. Workers have modern, safe workplaces and good welfare regimes; the community has more infrastructure and social services; the locality benefits from sustainable economic development.
At the meeting, Mr. Le Dinh Dap, Deputy General Director of Green i-Park Joint Stock Company, expressed his appreciation when welcoming the delegation of the Cambodia News Agency (AKP) to visit and acknowledge the activities of the Industrial Park. He emphasized that the attention and support of the press agencies is an important driving force to help Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park gradually improve its infrastructure, improve service quality and expand its scale of operations.

The Cambodian News Agency (AKP) expressed strong impressions with the scale, speed of implementation and organization of the industrial park. During the discussion session, questions related to social security policies, training and use of local labor, policies to attract domestic and foreign investors, provision of electricity and energy infrastructure and ESG standards, etc. of the Thai Binh Economic Zone in general and Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park in particular were specifically answered by representatives of Green i-Park and the Thai Binh Economic Zone Management Board.
Previously, the Cambodian News Agency (AKP) visited the projects in operation in the industrial park. Through reality, the delegation recognized the seriousness in planning work, the quality of synchronous infrastructure and the ideal production environment, important factors to turn Lien Ha Thai into a new industrial center of the region.
