On the evening of September 15, Ha Dong District Police ( Hanoi ) said that in recent years, along with old boarding houses and camps, multi-apartment housing (often called mini apartments) has gradually become popular, attracting many people with rental needs in Hanoi in general and Ha Dong District in particular.
However, with the characteristics of small area, often located in deep alleys with a large number of people and vehicles, these mini apartments have many potential risks of insecurity in terms of security and order (ANTT), especially fire prevention and fighting (PCCC).
In order to strengthen the management of residence, improve the effectiveness of fire prevention and fighting in Ha Dong district, especially at rental service establishments, Ha Dong District Police deployed a plan to conduct a basic general census, review and check the residence of the population living in boarding houses, camps, mini apartments... in the district.
Right in the first day of operation on the evening of September 15, Ha Dong District Police established 34 working groups including officers and soldiers from 17 Ward Police in coordination with the Administrative Police Team for Social Order, Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team and the District Police Youth Union.
The general inspection plan will be implemented until the end of October 2023. During the inspection, the District Police force will simultaneously disseminate and popularize the law on residence, and provide knowledge and skills on fire prevention and fighting and rescue to local people. The inspection ensures that the impact on people's lives is minimized.
