Nursing, midwifery, and technical staff skills test in 2025

On October 15, 2025, Lao Cai - Cam Duong Regional General Hospital successfully organized the 2025 nursing, midwifery, and technical skills test for staff with less than 7 years of working experience at the unit.

Candidates take the theory test

During the examination, nurses, midwives, and technicians passed the theoretical exams ( Circulars of the Ministry of Health related to professional work ; Basic knowledge appropriate to professional qualifications; Communication skills, code of conduct); Practical exam (Implementing technical procedures appropriate to professional qualifications). Each exam must have a score of 5 points or more to pass.

Candidates go through the practical exam

The contest aims to accurately assess the professional status of nurses, midwives, and technicians; contribute to improving knowledge and professional practice skills; create a competitive learning movement among nurses, midwives, and technicians in the hospital. The test results will be used to evaluate year-end professional tasks and develop individual in-depth training plans, aiming to improve overall service quality.
