Kon Tum: Request to investigate suspicion of leaking 10th grade entrance exam questions

On June 6, the Kon Tum Department of Education and Training sent a document requesting the Kon Tum Provincial Police to investigate the cause, related individuals, and scope of influence of the leaking of the Foreign Language exam questions so that this unit can submit to the Provincial People's Committee to adjust the 10th grade enrollment plan accordingly.

Previously, on the evening of June 2, when the Foreign Language exam for the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2023-2024 school year ended, the agency received information from the public about the leak of the Foreign Language exam. Immediately afterwards, the Kon Tum Department of Education and Training worked with the teachers who created the exam questions. Ms. Ph. Th. H. (one of the exam question creators) admitted that a 9th grade student who was taking extra classes at her home took a photo of the exam questions from the printer at Ms. H.'s home. Ms. H. affirmed that she did not copy or take photos of the questions for the students.

It is known that the entrance exam for grade 10 of high schools and boarding schools for ethnic minorities in the 2023-2024 school year in Kon Tum province took place from June 1 to 4, with 6,559 candidates registering for the exam.
