*At the meeting, delegates listened to the report of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune on the situation of participation in government building in the first 7 months of the year, directions and tasks for the last 5 months of 2025. The Economic - Budget Committee and the Cultural - Social Committee of the People's Council of the commune presented the report on the examination of related fields.

Delegates voted to pass important resolutions, such as: Approving the State budget revenue estimates, revenue and expenditure and local budget allocation in 2025; approving the supervision program of the Commune People's Council in 2026; resolution on converting hamlets into hamlets under the People's Committee of Phu Hoa Commune. These resolutions not only meet practical requirements but also lay a solid foundation for the commune to continue to develop after the merger.

At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Committee and the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Phu Hoa commune, term 2021 - 2026, signed a working coordination regulation. This is an important milestone to strengthen the cohesion and effective coordination between agencies, contributing to the development of Phu Hoa commune.

*On the afternoon of August 6, the People's Council of An Phu commune ( An Giang province) held the third session, term I, term 2021 - 2026. Ms. Quach To Giang, member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council chaired the session.

At the meeting, the delegates of the People's Council of An Phu commune voted to pass resolutions on socio-economic development tasks for the last 6 months of 2025; resolution on the Supervisory Program of the People's Council of the commune in 2026; resolution promulgating the Regulations on the activities of the People's Council delegates and the internal regulations of the People's Council session.

In his closing speech, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of An Phu Commune, Quach To Giang, requested the People's Committee of the commune to promptly concretize the resolutions of the People's Council, especially the resolution on socio-economic development tasks for the last 6 months of 2025, into action programs and plans; focus on directing agencies to promptly consider and resolve voters' legitimate recommendations and proposals. The Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Council's committees and each People's Council delegate innovate and improve the quality of their activities, ensuring full implementation of the tasks and powers of the People's Council of the commune as prescribed in Article 21 of the Law on Organization of Local Government; mobilize union members, association members and people to promote the spirit of solidarity, self-reliance, self-reliance, aspiration to rise up, aspiration to develop, join hands with the political system to successfully complete the tasks of 2025, promote potentials and advantages to build An Phu homeland increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.

*On August 6, the People's Council of Phu Tan commune (An Giang province) held the third session (mid-year session of 2025) to assess the implementation of socio-economic development tasks in the first 6 months of the year, propose a Resolution on socio-economic development tasks in the last 6 months of 2025 and consider a number of other related issues under its authority. Comrade Le Nguyen Chau, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council chaired the session.

In the first 6 months of 2025, Phu Tan commune's socio-economic situation achieved many positive results: stable agricultural production; construction progress of civil works ensured the plan; total budget revenue reached more than 72%; trade and services continued to maintain stability to meet people's consumption needs; cultural and social fields were focused on, completing the construction of 24 new houses for poor and near-poor households under the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the locality with a budget of more than 1 billion 490 million VND; national defense and security were maintained,...
