Disciplinary reprimand for Deputy Minister of Transport Le Anh Tuan

On July 12 and 13, the Central Inspection Commission (CIC) held its 30th meeting. Mr. Tran Cam Tu - Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission chaired the meeting.

Implementing the conclusion of the Central Inspection Commission at the 29th Session regarding the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee and a number of related Party organizations and Party members; based on Party regulations, the Central Inspection Commission decided to discipline a number of related Party organizations and Party members.

Accordingly, disciplinary warning was given to the Party Executive Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee for the terms 2011-2016, 2016-2021 and 2 former Vice Chairmen of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.

Specifically, including Mr. Nguyen Duc Quyen - former member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, former member of the Party Executive Committee, former Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Nguyen Ngoc Hoi - former member of the Provincial Party Committee, former member of the Party Executive Committee, former Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

In addition, Mr. Dao Vu Viet - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Bim Son Town Party Committee and Mr. Vu Dinh Xinh , Dao Trong Quy, former Provincial Party Committee member, former Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment were also disciplined with a warning.

Disciplinary reprimand of the Party Delegation of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council for the 2016-2021 term and 4 related individuals.

Specifically, Mr. Le Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Transport , former member of the Provincial Party Committee, former Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mai Xuan Liem - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Member of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Luong Tat Thang - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Sam Son City Party Committee; Do Huu Quyet - Director of the Department of Information and Communications.

Mr. Le Anh Tuan was transferred and appointed to the position of Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee for the period 2014 - 2019.

The Central Inspection Commission proposed that the Politburo and the Secretariat consider and discipline the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee for the 2010-2015 and 2015-2020 terms and the following individuals: Mai Van Ninh - former member of the Party Central Committee, former Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Secretary of the Party Delegation, former Chairman of the Provincial People's Council;

Mr. Trinh Van Chien - former member of the Party Central Committee, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Secretary of the Party Delegation, former Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee;

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Xung - former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Thi Thin - former member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, former member of the Party Committee, former Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee;

Mr. Pham Dang Quyen - former member of the Provincial Party Committee, former member of the Party Executive Committee, former Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Hoang Van Hung - former member of the Provincial Party Committee, former Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; Trinh Huu Hung, Hoang Sy Binh - former members of the Provincial Party Committee, former Director of the Department of Health of Thanh Hoa province.

The Central Inspection Commission requested the Standing Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee to decide to discipline a number of related party organizations and party members according to its authority .
