I just made a passport and signed the wrong place for "passport holder". Do I have to make a new one?

I just got a new passport and went to Europe once. At that time, I had not signed the passport so I still left Vietnam and entered the other country normally. But when I returned, the customs of the other country asked me to sign in the "Signature of the passport holder" position to allow me to leave. Because I was in a hurry, I signed in the "Immigration Department" position.
