With Chelsea winning the Conference League title, the 2024/25 Premier League will see an unprecedented event in history, with five different teams winning the title in the same season.

As for Chelsea, they became the first English team to collect all the continental titles, including Cup Winners Cup (1971, 1998), Champions League (2012, 2021), Europa League (2013, 2019), Conference League (2025) and UEFA Super Cup (1998, 2021).
Winning the Conference League will earn Chelsea a ticket to the Europa League. However, the Blues do not need this privilege because they are already in the Champions League qualifying round next season due to finishing 4th in the Premier League.
Last season's Premier League also made a memorable milestone when a total of nine teams qualified for the 2025/26 European Cup. Liverpool, Arsenal, Man City, Chelsea, Newcastle and Tottenham competed in the Champions League. The two English clubs in the Europa League next season were Aston Villa (6th) and FA Cup winners Crystal Palace. The Conference League ticket went to Nottingham.
