Vietnamese people value affection and are often touched by care and concern, sometimes even considering care and concern more valuable than material things. In this gift-giving and early pension payment, the beneficiary received both at the same time.

According to information published by many media, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South, the reunification of the country and the 80th anniversary of the founding of the country, the Government has submitted to the President a proposal to give gifts to people with revolutionary contributions and their relatives, the gift amount is 500,000 VND/person/2 occasions and will be spent once on April 30. The total estimated cost is more than 834 billion VND.

In the context that the country is in need of a large amount of funding to carry out important and urgent tasks, the Government still decided to do something very meaningful, which is to prioritize funding to give gifts at the same time. This is an act to show gratitude and appreciation from the later to the earlier; the care of the regime for policy beneficiaries.

On this occasion, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also directed the Vietnam Social Security and relevant agencies to pay pensions and social insurance benefits for May 2025 about 2 weeks earlier, in order to create conditions for people to have funds to organize and participate in activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification, making the event more solemn and meaningful.

Currently, the whole country has nearly 3.4 million people receiving monthly pensions and benefits, including those who are still facing economic difficulties. The early payment of this source of funding is an understanding of the wishes of the beneficiaries, demonstrating humanity and timeliness in implementing the country's social security policy, in accordance with the people's wishes.

It can be said that not only paying attention to the regime and policies for people with meritorious services, but also in recent times, many extraordinary regimes and policies that require mobilizing large funds have been implemented by our Party and State very promptly, such as policies to support people during and after the COVID-19 pandemic as well as after natural disasters. Along with that is the mobilization of resources to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses across the country. The latest is the policy of exempting all tuition fees for students... These are the things that are done above all for the people, making people believe more in the superiority and humanity of the regime.
