Attending the workshop were representatives of the Board of Directors and library staff of 18 primary schools in the district.
At the program, delegates were introduced to many good and meaningful books suitable for primary school students so that schools could choose and add them to their school libraries. In addition, members of the Good Books for Primary School Students Project shared their experiences in building a “friendly library” model, creating an attractive reading space, contributing to spreading the reading culture in schools.

The workshop is also a forum for delegates to contribute ideas and propose solutions to bring books to students through connecting activities and mobilizing support from charitable organizations and philanthropists to increase the source of books for students in disadvantaged areas.
Members of the Good Books for Primary School Students Project expressed their hope that the Ia Grai District Department of Education and Training and schools would continue to pay attention to and regularly maintain book promotion and introduction activities; thereby, inspiring and arousing the passion for reading in students, contributing to improving the quality of learning and comprehensive development.
Within the framework of the program, the Organizing Committee held an exchange session with staff, teachers and students of Nguyen Hue Primary School with the theme "I love books". Here, students had access to many age-appropriate books, and were encouraged to cultivate the habit and love of reading right from primary school.
On this occasion, Tam Nguyen Viet Fund donated 210 million VND to the Education Department of Ia Grai district to support the purchase of books and equipment for 18 primary schools in the area.
