Comrade Nguyen Xuan Phuoc - Secretary of An Khe Town Party Committee chaired the conference. Attending the conference were leaders of the Town Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the town; leaders of agencies, units, associations, unions, Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries of Party cells, grassroots Party Committees and representatives of outstanding collectives and individuals who were commended for studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on this occasion.

Over the past 10 years, the organization, dissemination and implementation of promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle have been fully disseminated by Party committees and authorities at all levels from the town to the grassroots level in accordance with the spirit of Directive No. 05-CT/TW, Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW and directive documents of the Provincial Party Committee.

The entire town organized 122 conferences with 10,933 cadres participating in learning and dissemination. 100% of grassroots Party organizations organized learning and dissemination of the entire-term and annual topics, and at the same time developed specific action plans and programs.

Through studying and thoroughly understanding, the majority of cadres and party members basically grasp the meaning and importance of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style according to the annual and full-term thematic contents.

The implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW has been carried out by grassroots party organizations, agencies, units and localities in conjunction with movements and campaigns such as: Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; "Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods"; "Eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses"; "For the poor - No one is left behind"...

In addition, many models and clubs have been built and maintained effectively... Thereby creating a strong change in the awareness of union members, association members and people towards the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW; creating a widespread influence, contributing to promoting the economic , cultural and social development of the locality; gradually improving the material and spiritual life of the people, strengthening the great national unity bloc.

During 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW, the whole town had 50 collectives and 57 individuals receiving awards at all levels.

At the conference, a number of outstanding groups and individuals participated in discussions on good and creative models in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style to apply them more effectively in practice.

On this occasion, the Chairman of An Khe Town People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 8 collectives and 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the period 2016-2025.
