Instructions for people to contribute ideas to amend the 2013 Constitution via VNeID

People can give their opinions directly on the VNeID application, the National Assembly Electronic Information Portal, the Government Electronic Information Portal or send their opinions in writing to the agencies responsible for synthesizing people's opinions.

To contribute comments on VNeID, people need to follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to the VneID application or website http://vneid.gov.vn with an active level 2 identification account.

Step 2: Select the "Utility to collect public opinions on the content of the 2013 Constitution amendment on the VNeID application".

Step 3: Select the item "Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam 2013"; select read to study the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution.

Step 4: People choose the amendment or supplement; choose to agree or disagree with the amendment or supplement. In addition, people can choose "Contribute other comments" if they have comments on articles not on the list, choose "Contribute technical comments on the constitution" if they have comments on the technical aspects of the document.

Step 5: After completion, citizens select send, select confirm; check the comment options; enter the position/degree and press send, select send again to confirm. The screen will display "Your comment on the 2013 Constitution amendment has been successfully sent!"
