Recently, a clip appeared on social media about a male student being surrounded by a group of friends, pressed against a wall and repeatedly beaten on the head and body. As a result, the male student had to be hospitalized in a state of panic.

"Recently, a very painful and pitiful incident happened at our school. The children were still young and did not understand what they were doing and did not fully anticipate the consequences they caused. The locality, the school, the families and the children are very sorry... The locality, the school and the families are actively working to help the children stabilize their health and return to school to study normally," the post read.
According to the investigation, the incident happened at Dai Dong Secondary School (Dai Dong Commune, Thach That District, Hanoi ). The male student beaten by the group of friends is a 7th grader.
Male student hospitalized in a state of panic
Speaking to Thanh Nien reporters on the afternoon of October 25, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thach That District, said that the authorities had received information about the incident. "We are asking the Board of Directors of Dai Dong Secondary School to clarify. Currently, the parents of the students have come to apologize to the victim's family," Mr. Hong said.
Also related to the above incident, a leader of the People's Committee of Dai Dong commune informed that the incident happened in June and the commune only learned about it in early October. The male student was beaten both inside and outside the school for a period of time; he is currently being treated at a psychological treatment center in Hanoi.
