Spread the message of self-reliance and aspiration of the whole nation

On the evening of August 15, at August Revolution Square (Hanoi), the special art program “Hanoi – From the historic autumn of 1945” with its political and epic content recreated the heroic atmosphere of the historic autumn of 1945 with eye-catching performances by nearly 1,000 artists and actors.

Attending the program were Politburo members: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia; Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, Head of the Hanoi National Assembly Delegation Bui Thi Minh Hoai.

Also attending were Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Le Minh Tri; Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Vu Hong Thanh; representatives of leaders of central departments, ministries, branches, Hanoi City and a large number of the capital's public.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia, along with many leaders attended the program "Hanoi - From the historic autumn of 1945".

The program is directed by the Hanoi City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; organized and implemented by the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports. With a structure of 3 chapters and 6 episodes, "Hanoi - From the historic autumn of 1945" skillfully recreates important historical slices of the Capital from the day of the General Uprising to seize power to the present, thereby arousing pride, patriotism and gratitude towards the previous generation.

The program consists of 3 chapters and 6 episodes, elaborately and magnificently staged, recording important historical slices during the 80 years since the success of the August Revolution until now.

Starting with the image of Ba Dinh sunshine and the echoes of President Ho Chi Minh's Declaration of Independence, the program takes the audience through historical stages: the historic autumn days on the fiery land of Thang Long, the heroic epic of the Ho Chi Minh era, the heroic song of Hanoi in the Dien Bien Phu in the air battle, and the victorious spring trains bringing the Capital into a new era.

Opening the program, Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh shared that the special art program "Hanoi - From the historic autumn of 1945" was held at the space of August Revolution Square - a place that marks important historical events, honors patriotism, revolutionary spirit, and national pride, further highlighting the profound meaning of the program: Not only reminding of the glorious and heroic history of the Vietnamese people from the brilliant August autumn of 1945, but also spreading a strong message of the self-reliance and aspiration of the whole nation.

The stage not only recreates the heroic spirit of the revolution but also depicts the lyrical and romantic features of Hanoi people.

Furthermore, the program is also a message and affirmation of the Party Committee, government and people of the Capital determined to continue the glorious history of the nation, the heroic revolutionary tradition, promote all potentials and internal strength, build the capital Hanoi "green - smart - modern", contributing with the whole country to realize the goal of making Vietnam develop strongly, prosperously and happily.

The highlight of the program is 3 3D mapping projections and special artistic fireworks.

The special art program “Hanoi - From the historic autumn of 1945” is both a political and epic program about one of the most important events in Vietnamese history, with many creative techniques, the artistic quintessence of scholarly, national and international art forms, applying modern technology interacting with a number of contemporary art genres and styles.
