Introducing the nation's heroic and glorious history through a documentary film about Vietnam's 80-year journey of construction and development at the event, Consul General Dinh Hoang Linh emphasized that Vietnam currently maintains diplomatic relations with all member countries of the United Nations, in which the Vietnam-Thailand relationship is constantly being strengthened and developed.
In May 2024, the two countries upgraded to Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and are building an Action Program for the 2026-2030 period based on three main pillars: (i) Partnership for sustainable peace; (ii) Partnership for sustainable development; and (iii) Partnership for a sustainable future.
Assessing educational cooperation activities and student exchanges as important contents contributing to the development of the partnership for a sustainable future between Vietnam and Thailand, Consul General Dinh Hoang Linh welcomed the young generation of the two countries, including Thai students, who have been making many meaningful contributions to building the increasingly good and sustainable Vietnam-Thailand relationship.

Congratulating the group of 65 students who just visited Da Nang , interacted with teachers and students of Lang Co Secondary School, and learned about local culture, Consul General Dinh Hoang Linh hopes that there will be more educational cooperation and student exchange activities between the two countries in the coming time, especially on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Thailand (August 6, 1976 - August 6, 2026).
Speaking at the event, Vice Rector of Asian Scholars University, Associate Professor Artit Chutchaipolrutt, thanked the Consulate General and Vietnamese agencies for supporting the school in effectively organizing exchange programs, thereby helping students better understand the country and people of Vietnam and encouraging them to contribute to the friendly relations between the two countries.
Consul General Dinh Hoang Linh expressed his strong support for the initiative to establish a Center for Vietnamese Studies at the Asian Scholars University. Accordingly, the Vietnamese Consulate General is ready to cooperate in providing learning materials, supporting the teaching of Vietnamese language and research on Vietnam.
In particular, the Consulate General highly appreciated the school's construction of an exhibition space about President Ho Chi Minh, National Liberation Hero, World Cultural Celebrity, demonstrating respect for the history, culture and noble spiritual values of the Vietnamese people.
It can be said that the talk has contributed to enhancing the understanding of the young generation about the relationship between the two countries, promoting educational exchanges and fostering friendship and sustainable cooperation between Vietnam and Thailand.
