Spreading the spirit of dedication and creativity of young people in Ho Chi Minh City Party agencies

On August 28, at the Ho Chi Minh Museum - Ho Chi Minh City Branch (Nha Rong Wharf), the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Youth Union organized the 2nd Youth Union Day - 2025 with many meaningful activities, associated with the Ceremony to honor the Awards "Young, talented, friendly cadres, civil servants, and public employees" and "Young skilled workers" in 2025.

The program was attended by representatives of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Party agencies, leaders of units and a large number of union members and young people.

Before the commendation ceremony, the delegation led by comrade Nguyen Khoa Hai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Party agencies, along with outstanding examples offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh .

The "Young, talented, friendly cadres, civil servants, public employees" and "Young skilled workers" awards in 2025 were organized by the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's agencies in conjunction with the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025); welcoming the success of the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's agencies, term 2025 - 2030; welcoming the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee agencies, term 2025 - 2030.

From 70 profiles of 12 Youth Union organizations, the Youth Union Standing Committee selected and commended 55 young, talented, friendly cadres, civil servants, and public employees and 13 talented young workers. These are typical examples of political courage, professional capacity, creativity, and dedication to work. Many individuals have made practical contributions to administrative reform, innovation in working methods, and actively participated in union movements and community activities.

Comrade Nguyen Khoa Hai assessed that the organization of the Awards “Young, talented, friendly cadres, civil servants, public employees” and “Young skilled workers” were effectively implemented, thereby helping to find outstanding cadres, civil servants, public employees, and young workers, representing the intelligence, enthusiasm, and dedication of the youth of the city’s Party agencies. He congratulated, commended, and affirmed his recognition of the contributions of the young force.

Comrade Nguyen Khoa Hai said that the young people are living proof of the spirit of initiative, creativity, daring to think and dare to do of the youth, not only solid in expertise, good at profession but also have good qualities, ethics, always dedicated, devoted to work, to the people. It is the silent dedication, the tireless efforts of individuals that have contributed to improving the effectiveness of the Youth Union of the city's Party agencies in recent times.

On the same day, the Youth Theory Club of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Agencies organized an activity with the theme "Young people of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Agencies are proud and confident in following the Party" with the participation of many union members and young people. The program included screening a documentary film about the August Revolution of 1945 and listening to the sharing and exchange with comrade Hoang Don Nhat Tan, former Head of the Propaganda Department of the City Youth Union, former Vice Chairman of the City Youth Union Traditional Club.
