Comrade Nguyen Quang Nhat wished the dignitaries, officials, Cham people in general and the Cham Brahman community in particular a warm, joyful and happy Kate Festival. He hoped that the dignitaries and officials would actively promote and encourage followers to unite, preserve and promote the unique values of the Kate Festival as well as traditional festivals of the Cham people in the province, contributing to promoting Cham culture to tourists. All levels and functional sectors should well implement solutions to preserve and promote Cham cultural heritage, especially the Kate Festival, to be worthy of the scale and value of the National Intangible Cultural Heritage.
