On the morning of October 22, comrade Nguyen Long Bien - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee worked with Ho Chi Minh City University of Law on the implementation of the content of the cooperation agreement between the Provincial People's Committee and the school. At the meeting, leaders of the two sides and representatives of departments, branches and sectors discussed cooperation contents, including: Short-term and long-term human resource training and development; policy and legal consultancy; scientific research; admission consultancy and community service.

Comrade Nguyen Long Bien emphasized that Khanh Hoa province is focusing on key areas, strengths and potentials, associated with 4 pillars of growth drivers, including: Industry; energy; tourism - services; urban - construction. Therefore, the province hopes that Ho Chi Minh City University of Law will support the training of high-quality human resources to serve local socio -economic development; soon deploy short-term professional training courses to improve the capacity of commune-level officials and civil servants in the context of operating a 2-level local apparatus. In addition, the province proposed that the school coordinate to incorporate innovation and digital transformation into cooperation programs, contributing to improving the province's digital transformation ranking index; deploy support programs, policy and legal advice for small and medium-sized enterprises as well as the community; organize training courses on knowledge and skills for legal consultants, especially propagandists of departments, branches and sectors; Support experts to participate in selection councils for science and technology topics, innovation programs, intellectual property related issues...

Comrade Nguyen Long Bien said that based on the cooperation implementation plan proposed by Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, the Provincial People's Committee will assign the Department of Home Affairs to preside over the development of a detailed plan, identify specific contents, programs and projects; assign units to preside over and coordinate implementation, clearly state the implementation progress and immediate priority areas. Every year, the two sides will conduct a preliminary review and assessment of implementation results to continue implementing cooperation contents in the next phase.
