The Management Board of the Danang High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks, economic zones, industrial parks... closely monitors businesses to avoid taking advantage of heavy rains to discharge waste causing pollution.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment requires production, business and service establishments in the city and units operating centralized wastewater treatment stations to deploy storm response plans; strictly prohibit the discharge of waste in violation of regulations.
