HNP - On November 19, Yen Hoa ward organized a dialogue conference between the heads of Party committees and authorities with the Fatherland Front (VFF), socio-political organizations and the People in 2025.

The conference aims to promptly listen, receive and resolve feedback and recommendations from the grassroots; at the same time, strengthen people's trust in the transformation of the ward in the two-level local government model after the administrative unit arrangement.

14 opinions, reflections and recommendations were presented by representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, organizations and people. In particular, the opinions focused on many issues of public concern such as: infrastructure investment, promoting administrative reform, applying digital transformation in serving people, ensuring social security, maintaining security and order, improving the quality of urban services and living environment in the area.

Many opinions also shared effective models and good practices from practices in residential groups, agencies and units; reflecting people's expectations for innovation, flexibility and transparency of ward governments in the context of operating a two-level government model.

Regarding the reflection that the facilities of some schools in the area have not met the requirements for digital transformation in teaching and learning, and that the functional rooms are still old, the Department of Culture and Society of Yen Hoa ward affirmed that recently, the Party Committee and the People's Committee of the ward have directed educational institutions to maximize the effectiveness of the equipped teaching equipment, mobilize social resources to initially supplement modern equipment, and invest in STEAM classrooms.

The Resolution of the 1st Yen Hoa Ward Party Congress also determined that in the 2025 - 2030 term, it will invest in STEAM classrooms and supplement modern advanced teaching equipment for schools. In the coming time, the Party Committee and the Ward People's Committee will actively advise the City People's Committee on plans to invest in facilities and modern advanced teaching equipment for educational institutions in the City in general and Yen Hoa Ward in particular.

Speaking at the Conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of Yen Hoa Ward People's Council Nguyen Quoc Khanh affirmed that the opinions and recommendations of the People at the Dialogue Conference are the basis for the Party Committee and the Government to grasp the situation at the grassroots level, review and adjust the leadership and direction methods; and are the driving force to improve the effectiveness of State management and the quality of service to the People. Each recommendation and reflection will be clearly assigned to the person, the task, and the deadline for resolution; the roadmap and implementation results will be made public. This is also a measure of the capacity and prestige of the team of cadres and civil servants in performing public duties.

Assessing that the last months of 2025 and 2026 will have many challenges, the ward leader said that Yen Hoa ward determined the management spirit as: "Proactive - Decisive - Creative - Close to the grassroots", taking people's satisfaction as the criterion to evaluate work efficiency.

Comrade Nguyen Quoc Khanh requested departments, offices and units to closely follow and organize the implementation of resolutions, programs and projects of the Central Government, the City and the Resolution of the Yen Hoa Ward Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term; strive to comprehensively complete socio -economic development targets, ensuring security and national defense in 2025. Innovate forms of contact and dialogue; increase the provision and disclosure of information on policies and guidelines to create social consensus; promote the application of information technology in handling administrative procedures.

At the same time, speed up the implementation of civil works and projects; promote digital transformation, expand online public services; care for social security, welfare and develop community culture; improve the quality of a civilized and safe living environment.

On the part of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and mass organizations, continue to promote the role of a bridge, regularly grasp public opinion, reflect the thoughts and aspirations of the people; strengthen supervision and criticism so that the process of handling petitions takes place openly, transparently and in accordance with regulations.
