Phu Thuong Ward commends advanced models and outstanding teachers in 2025

HNP - On November 19, Phu Thuong ward held a ceremony to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day and honor outstanding collectives, individuals, and teachers in the Education and Training sector in the area.

After implementing the two-level local government model, up to now, Phu Thuong ward has 6 public schools, 7 private schools and 22 independent preschool groups, with a scale of more than 4,800 students. 100% of public schools in the ward meet national standards, and facilities are gradually invested in synchronously and modernly. Teaching equipment for classes implementing the 2018 General Education Program is equipped in a timely manner. The quality of mass and key education continues to be maintained at a high level, creating a unique "brand" of Phu Thuong education in the general picture of the capital.

In the 2024/2025 school year, 100% of 5th graders completed primary school, 100% of 9th graders graduated from junior high school. Phu Thuong Secondary School achieved an average score of 22.79 points for admission to grade 10, 1.04 points higher than the standard score for admission to Tay Ho High School, with 95.3% of students passing public schools, a sharp increase compared to the previous school year. Students from schools in the area won 3 city-level English Olympic prizes, 2 second prizes, 1 third prize in city-level cultural subjects, along with many medals and awards at domestic and international competitions such as TIMO, ASMO, English Olympic...

Not only focusing on achievements, schools in Phu Thuong also persistently build the "happy school" model, promoting digital transformation in management and teaching. Electronic transcripts, digital signatures, cashless fee collection, and digital data storage are deployed synchronously, helping to reduce paperwork pressure for teachers and increase convenience for parents and students.

Experiential activities, life skills education, traditional education, and law are creatively integrated through many models: from "Healthy Children - Good Children" in preschool, experiential festivals, English Olympics, innovative teaching methods in primary schools, to the programs "Amazing Race", "Thousand Mile Journey - Building Dreams" for secondary school students, associated with digital technology applications and arousing the desire to learn.

At the preschool level, schools focus on innovating the menu, improving the quality of nutrition, creating a "green - safe - happy" environment and focusing on children. Doan Thi Diem Kindergarten is a bright spot with the implementation of the model "Educating civilized and elegant lifestyle for preschool children" combined with the application of artificial intelligence in teaching activities.

At primary and secondary levels, Phu Thuong pioneered the construction of a creative space called "Traditional Craft Village" for students to experience making sticky rice, rice paper, and growing peach trees for Tet - typical cultural features of their homeland. Sao Anh Duong Primary School affirms itself as a dynamic and creative learning environment with dozens of gold, silver, and bronze medals at national and international competitions. All of this creates a vivid picture, showing that Phu Thuong education is on the right track: both preserving identity and integrating into the digital age.
