At the working session, the delegation of Khanh Hoa province was introduced to the overview of the factory, its scale, technology and waste treatment process. The delegation directly visited the closed waste treatment line, witnessed the fully automatic operation of the factory from the stages of receiving, burning waste, treating exhaust gas, wastewater and ash, etc.

The delegation learned about the process of processing and generating electricity from waste at the factory's operating model display area.
The delegation highly appreciated the harmonious combination of leading modern technology, green, clean and beautiful landscape and standard operating procedures according to the green economy , circular economy and digital economy models.

The professionalism, modernity and methodical nature of the Seraphin Waste-to-Energy Plant left an impression on the delegation.
Speaking at the working session after visiting the factory, Mr. Tran Hoa Nam - Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee - commented: "Seraphin Factory is planned and built very methodically, modernly, with a green and clean landscape. We hope that the Khanh Hoa Waste-to-Energy Plant project invested by KH New City Joint Stock Company will also be built modernly, green and cleanly, ensuring environmental standards and soon put into operation like the Seraphin Waste-to-Energy Plant of Hanoi Capital, in order to solve the increasing environmental pollution caused by household waste in Khanh Hoa province".

Sharing the same view, Mr. Bui Minh Son - Head of the Department of Minerals and Environmental Protection of Khanh Hoa province shared: "After witnessing the technological process of the Seraphin Plant - the technology that will be applied at the Khanh Hoa Waste-to-Energy Plant - we are completely assured. The plant has installed an electronic board that publicly displays emission parameters at the gate so that people and agencies can easily check and monitor the plant's operations."
The delegation also appreciated the open spirit of sharing experiences from AMACCAO Group and expressed the desire to continue to coordinate, learn and apply the Seraphin model for the factory project in Cam Lam - Khanh Hoa in the coming time.

Seraphin Waste-to-Energy Plant started construction on March 30, 2023, and will begin receiving and processing waste from May 1, 2025. This is one of the largest waste-to-energy plants in Southeast Asia with a waste treatment capacity of up to 2,250 tons/day and night, using German Martin technology. Emissions, wastewater and post-treatment waste indicators meet European standards.
Not only is it a highlight in the field of waste treatment, the factory also designs a space for propaganda and education on environmental protection, regularly welcoming visiting groups, especially students, to learn about the reality.
