The Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee directed the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot City to coordinate with the consulting unit and TDH Ecoland Urban Development and Investment Joint Stock Company to study and implement procedures to include it in the city's general planning to become the Northeast Tan An Urban Area.

Businesses said they had invested a lot of money in building factories, were producing stably, and had land leases until 2060.
