Due to the impact of storm No. 10, at around 5:00 p.m. on September 29, at the negative slope area of ​​Fan Si Pang Street, in Cau May 3 residential group, Sa Pa ward, a landslide occurred, causing a Ford Territory car with license plate 24A-23052 to slide down from the road to the negative slope area (about 60m from the road surface).

At the time of the accident, there were 3 people in the car, including: driver Dao Minh Due (born in 1972); Le Van Chinh (born in 1985, both residing in Sa Pa ward) and Hoang Anh Tuan (born in 1995, registered residence at group 27, Lao Cai ward, Lao Cai province).
