During the working trip to Japan, the Quang Nam delegation visited representatives of units recruiting interns and workers in Nagoya province. Mr. Nguyen Qui Quy - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Quang Nam province and members of the delegation traveled more than 500 km to meet directly with Ms. Duong Thi Len (from Tien Ngoc commune, Tien Phuoc district) at the Nagoya train station. During the short time at the end of the working day, the members of the delegation took the opportunity to discuss with Ms. Len about the work and living situation here. According to Ms. Len, the stable job and income, better treatment, she feels secure in working. Mr. Nguyen Qui Quy encouraged Ms. Len and the Quang Nam workers to try harder in studying and working, to connect, share and help each other in life in the host country.

The delegation also worked with representatives of the Export of Labor and Experts Joint Stock Company (SULECO) in Nagoya province (Japan). This is one of the largest partners in sending trainees and recruiting workers for companies in Japan. The representative of the unit said that the office in Japan receives thousands of Vietnamese trainees and workers to study and work in Japan. In 2025 alone, Quang Nam will have about 600 workers working in industrial parks and prestigious establishments in Japanese provinces and cities.

The delegation of Quang Nam province also visited, encouraged and presented gifts to 12 workers studying and working in Saitama province (Japan). Mr. Tokiwa Akio - Chairman of Musashino Food Group received and worked with the delegation. The delegation met directly with 12 young workers in Tien Phuoc, Hiep Duc, Thang Binh, Phu Ninh districts and Tam Ky city who have been with Musashino Food Group for 12 months or more, many of whom have worked for more than 3 years.
Information from the exchange shows that most of the workers here have a stable income, modern and safe working conditions, and a good life and living standard. Many people have accumulated and completed their loan debts for expenses before coming to Japan to work, so they are very excited.

Musashino Group is one of the leading food processing and industrial catering corporations in Japan with many large, modern factories attracting about 12,000 workers to work here. Mr. Tokiwa Akio informed that every day Musashino Group provides 3.7 million ready-made meals to supply throughout the country and some countries in the region. With a large, modern scale, the human factor still determines the quality of the product, so this corporation needs many young, qualified workers from Vietnam.
Mr. Nguyen Qui Quy - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Quang Nam province suggested that Musashino Group continue to open programs to recruit trainees through the management and training from Musashino Hai Dang. At the same time, he said that; with the abundant human resources of Quang Nam province and the large demand for work in Japan, he hoped that Musashino Group would improve its salary policy and other support policies so that Quang Nam workers could register to work and contribute to the Group in the coming years.
