The costume that Le Hoang Phuong brought to the National Costume stage is called Vu Khuc Thien Long ( Rising Dragon ) by young designer Nguyen Le Vinh Tuong. The design has the main color red, combining the image of a dragon with a stylized ao dai. The costume represents national pride, the spirit of solidarity of the Vietnamese people while honoring the image of resilient and indomitable Vietnamese women. Vu Khuc Thien Long won the national cultural costume design contest of Miss Grand Vietnam 2023. That made Hoang Phuong have some difficulty performing, however, the beauty queen from Khanh Hoa still completed the performance excellently with the applause from a large audience.
