At around 4:50 p.m. on July 24, Quoc Viet Commune Police received information from the public that Ha Van Linh, born in 1991, residing in Hamlet 3, Quoc Viet Commune, Lang Son Province, jumped into the river on the bank of Ky Cung River in Na Na Hamlet, Quoc Viet Commune, Lang Son Province and was swept away by the water.
After receiving the report from the Quoc Viet Commune Police, the Command Board for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue of Quoc Viet Commune was present at the scene, collected relevant information, verified and deployed measures to search for Mr. Ha Van Linh. However, due to heavy rain for many days, water from upstream poured down, causing the river water level to rise, the water flowed rapidly, so the functional forces participating in the search did not know the whereabouts of Mr. Ha Van Linh.
The Command Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Search and Rescue of Quoc Viet Commune informs all local people, agencies, organizations, unions, and armed forces when there is information related to the above incident to promptly inform the Command Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Search and Rescue of the Commune.
