In the Van Thinh Phat case, the Ministry of Public Security has just announced the investigation conclusion, Ms. Do Thi Nhan, former Director of the Banking Inspection and Supervision Department II under the Banking Inspection and Supervision Agency (State Bank) was accused of receiving 5.2 million USD. The revelation of bribery was denounced by the former boss of Saigon Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SCB).
