E-STAR Cosmetic Hospital Company Limited, illegally branded as a hospital, was fined 160 million VND.

In particular, E-STAR Cosmetic Hospital Company Limited (59 Nguyen Huu Cau, Tan Dinh Ward, District 1) was fined 160 million VND and suspended for 18 months for providing and advertising medical examination and treatment services without a license. This unit was forced to remove the violating advertising content.

MT Korea International Aesthetic Clinic Co., Ltd. (No. 5, Street No. 6, Ward 10, Go Vap District) received a fine of 111 million VND for not ensuring operating conditions when having a license and using unlicensed practitioners. In addition to the fine, the company had its operating license revoked for 4 months and was required to remove the violating advertisements.

AI Medicall Service Company Limited (78 Nguyen Van Thu, Da Kao Ward, District 1) was fined VND120 million and suspended for 4.5 months for using invasive drugs and equipment in surgery and advertising medical examination and treatment services without a license.

Many cosmetic facilities use drugs improperly.

Iris Premium Company Limited (414 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Ward 5, District 3) was fined 45 million VND and forced to remove its advertisement due to violating regulations on advertising special products and services that have not been confirmed by the authorities.

In addition to businesses, many individuals were also fined. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Kieu, an employee of AI Medicall Company, was fined 35 million VND for practicing without a certificate. Mr. Nguyen Ba Quang, a doctor of MT Korea, was fined 9.5 million VND and had his practicing certificate revoked for 3 months.

The owner of IDE Aesthetics, Ms. Mai Thi Thom (61-63 3/2 Street, Ward 11, District 10) was fined 60 million VND for using anesthetics and invasive interventions outside the permitted scope, and advertising unlicensed medical examination and treatment services. The facility was suspended for 4.5 months and forced to remove the illegal advertisements.
