"John Wick," the film series starring Keanu Reeves, reached one billion USD in global revenue on May 19th.
According to Variety, Lionsgate announced that John Wick has reached $1.011 billion after four films. John Wick 4 (released on March 24th) with a production budget of $100 million, it grossed $183 million domestically and $425 million worldwide , becoming the highest-grossing film in the series. In its opening week, the film earned $137.5 million, topping the box office in 72 countries and territories.

John Wick 4 The story continues with the assassin John Wick and his fight against the organization known as the High Table. Stahelski's film has a rating of 8.1/10 on IMDb – the highest of the four parts – and has received many positive reviews from critics. IndieWire The article wrote: "The John Wick series has always improved with each installment. In the fourth part, Chad Stahelski proves why he is one of the best filmmakers in the action genre. Keanu Reeves has delivered a performance of a lifetime." Boston Globe Another commenter said: "Despite its long runtime of 169 minutes, not a single second of the film goes to waste."
In an interview with Pagesix Back in March, actor Keanu Reeves said: "I enjoy playing roles in action movies, especially John Wick. I got injured sometimes during filming, but that's not a problem."
According to According to EW , Reeves was cast as John Wick through a conversation between his agent and producer Basil Iwanyk. "Reeves' agent suggested him to me. I thought, 'Reeves is one of the best action actors of the last 25 years, and now he's appearing in movies that aren't well-received.' Then we gave Reeves the script and said, 'Hey, you're not past your prime.'"
John Wick The first installment was released in 2014 and grossed $587 million across three parts. Lionsgate has not yet announced a production date for the fifth part; however, the spin-off film is titled... Ballerina with the appearance of Ana de Armas It is expected to be released to the public in June 2024.
