Many large universities such as Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, Banking Academy, Hanoi Medical University... have opened and are opening second campuses in Ha Nam and Bac Ninh.

Banking Academy opens second campus in Ha Nam

On the afternoon of March 26, the Banking Academy delegation led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Huu Toan, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the Academy Council, visited and worked in Ha Nam province.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Nam province Truong Quoc Huy informed: "With 21 hectares of land at Nam Cao University area and 500 billion VND in support from the local budget for the Banking Academy to build a second campus in Ha Nam, it will contribute to changing the faceof education in Ha Nam. In addition, Ha Nam province also accompanies and supports the Academy in site clearance, planning and construction design".

The expansion and construction of the second campus in Ha Nam contributes to the implementation of the Banking Academy Development Strategy to 2030, with a vision to 2045. This project promises to create great opportunities for the sustainable development of both the economy and society of Ha Nam province in the coming time.

Nam Cao University is located in Duy Tien town and Phu Ly city, Ha Nam province with an area of over 750 hectares, about 50km from the Banking Academy Headquarters in Hanoi. With a training scale of 50,000 students, 4,000 teachers and about 30,000 urban residents. This place will become the largest educational training center in the North and at the same time create a multidisciplinary academic ecosystem.

National Economics University opens second campus in Ha Nam

Previously, Ha Nam province agreed in principle to give the National Economics University 40 hectares of clean land in Nam Cao University Area and allocate 800 billion VND from the local budget to support the construction of the second branch of the National Economics University in Ha Nam.

Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Chuong, Director of the National Economics University, said that when the second branch of the National Economics University comes into operation, it will be an opportunity for teachers and students of the school to have a good environment to study and research.

Hanoi Medical University opens second campus in Bac Ninh

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province recently worked with Hanoi Medical University on the implementation of the project to build the school's second campus in Bac Ninh province.

Project to build Hanoi Medical University campus in Bac Ninh province with an area of about 30 hectares, located in Bac Ninh science and technology application training and research area (Subdivision No. 12, Lim urban area expansion, Tien Du district).

The scale of investment includes: Construction of training areas, hospitals and research institutes applying high-tech medicine with a total estimated investment of 3,150 billion VND. Of which, the scale of students is about 3,000 people; the scale of the practice hospital is about 1,000 beds; the scale of the research institute.

Hanoi University of Pharmacy, campus 2 in Bac Ninh

The project to build Hanoi University of Pharmacy Campus 2 in Bac Ninh covers an area of over 20 hectares, located right next to the highway. When completed, this will be a place to meet the learning and living needs of about 5,000 students.

The project has a total investment of more than 1,350 billion VND, aiming to meet the learning and living needs of about 5,000 students, preparing basic infrastructure for future expansion.

Foreign Trade University, Campus 2 in Bac Ninh

Foreign Trade University's second campus is planned to be built in Dong Nguyen ward, Tu Son city, Bac Ninh. Phase 1 (2026-2030) has a total training target of about 5,500 students. By phase 2 (2030-2040), the total training target will increase to about 12,000 students (not including more than 800 staff and lecturers).

It is expected that the Foreign Trade University, Bac Ninh campus, will have all the necessary facilities such as administrative area - headquarters, lecture halls, library, dormitory, auditorium, off-campus sports center, multi-purpose hall, park, etc. The funding source will come from the school's financial plan and other legal sources.
