Fox News quoted information from the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) saying that on July 18, Delta Air Lines flight 446 took off from Los Angeles International Airport (USA) but was then forced to turn around and land at around 2:10 p.m. (local time) due to an engine fire shortly after departure.
Flight data from FlightAware shows the plane departed at 1:23 p.m. and landed back at Los Angeles International Airport at 2:06 p.m. The plane was carrying 235 people, including 226 passengers and nine crew members.
Video posted by YouTube channel LA Flights shows flames erupting from the left engine of the Boeing 767-400 after takeoff.

It is understood that the Boeing 767-400 was en route to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) when it had to turn back.
The FAA confirmed it is investigating the incident.
A Delta representative explained that the plane returned to Los Angeles airport shortly after takeoff due to a warning related to the left engine.
"Delta Flight 446 returned to Los Angeles shortly after departure due to an issue with the aircraft's left engine," an airline spokesperson told Fox News Digital. Delta also apologized to passengers for the disruption to their schedules.
