Ingredient

Making

Make stuffing

Next, you roll the filling and dough into a ball. Use a rolling pin to evenly roll the dough into a circle. Be careful not to roll it too thin, as this will cause the dough to tear when you close it or cause some parts of the dough to be thick and some parts to be thin.
Put the filling in the middle of the dough, use your hands to gather the dough and roll it into a ball. Use a brush to spread a thin layer of oil on the mold, put the cake in the mold. Hold the mold firmly with your left hand, press the spring down with your right hand and lift it up gently to lift the cake out of the mold. Do the same with the other dough balls. After forming the cake, use roasted sticky rice flour to lightly coat the outside of the cake to prevent it from sticking.
