Mitac Vietnam receives land use rights, begins procedures to build factory in Hanssip

On October 17, 2024, N&G Investment - Development Joint Stock Company (N&G Corp.) handed over the Certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land to Mitac Technology Company Limited (Vietnam).

Thus, Mitac Vietnam Co., Ltd. will continue to complete the necessary and sufficient conditions to be granted other procedures such as construction permits, environmental permits, fire prevention and fighting permits, etc. to start construction and put the factory into operation in 2025 as planned.

This is also the basis for implementing the investment plan and expanding the chain of Electronic Industrial Complexes of factories producing electronic products, civil and industrial computers, medical equipment, aerospace, circuit boards - chips of Mitac in the Hanoi South Supporting Industrial Park (Hanssip).

At the handover ceremony, Mr. Pham Quang Khai, General Director of N&G Corp., the investor of Hanssip, said that this result was achieved thanks to the efforts of N&G Corp., but also thanks to the administrative procedure reform steps of Hanoi in granting certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land.
