“Private Economy Panorama 2025”: Government and businesses work together to develop the country

(Chinhphu.vn) – Government leaders and leaders of 7 central ministries and branches will attend the first "Private Economic Panorama" Program (ViPEL 2025) – an important event marking the practical implementation of Resolution 68/TW on private economic development, organized by Committee IV.

The "Vietnam Private Economic Panorama" (ViPEL) model was born from the direction of the Government leaders at the working session with Board IV on August 22, 2025, announced in Document No. 436/TB-VPCP. Organizing the "Private Economic Panorama" Program - a key event within the framework of ViPEL - is one of four specific tasks assigned by the Government leaders to Board IV in coordination with the Ministry of Finance , in order to implement Resolution 68/TW of the Central Committee on developing the private economy to become an important driving force of the economy.

Immediately after this direction, Board IV and the Department of Private Enterprise and Collective Economy Development (Ministry of Finance) held many meetings to agree on the most practical and effective method of implementing the ViPEL model, in line with the direction of the Government leaders.

The first "Private Economic Panorama" event will take place on October 10, 2025 at the National Convention Center ( Hanoi ), gathering about 500 delegates who are leaders of the Government, ministries, branches, localities, associations and the business community.

In the morning, four ViPEL professional committees will hold separate meetings by industry group with a maximum of 100 delegates per session. At the same time, the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Forum will also be held within the framework of the program, aiming to spread the role of women in private economic development.

During the morning discussion sessions, businesses, experts and representatives of management agencies will analyze the "big problems" of each industry, identify growth potential and breakthrough opportunities, and propose cooperation projects in the spirit of "Public-private cooperation to build the nation". This is considered the foundation for a new coordination model, promoting innovation and sustainable development of the private sector.

In the afternoon, the Panorama Session – a high-level meeting – will take place with the theme "Public-Private Partnership for Nation Building: Strong and Prosperous". The session will summarize the work results of the specialized committees, report to the Government leaders and ministries and branches on the discussed contents, and announce the key initiatives of ViPEL 2025, including the "Public-Private Partnership for Nation Building" initiative and the first public-private action programs.

According to the organizers, the event "Private Economic Panorama" is expected to open up a new approach between the Government and the private sector, aiming at the goal of sustainable development and shared prosperity.
