Thoa Vu Fashion Joint Stock Company (headquartered in Ha Long Ward) was established in 2024 and has just joined the Ha Long Ward Business Association. This enterprise specializes in designing and tailoring Ao Dai. In 2025, although the growth rate is estimated to be about 150% compared to the previous year, it has not yet reached the expectations and wishes of the unit.

This leads to the limitation of not being able to track customers who have used our products. The business plan also cannot measure the effectiveness by month or season. Therefore, in the coming time, the company plans to hire a unit to design management software from production to sales and customer care. We also hope that through the Ward Business Association, we will connect with businesses in the area to create a wider customer base, thereby increasing the company's competitiveness.
It is known that the People's Committee of Ha Long Ward is building a Project to develop private enterprises in the ward for the period 2025-2030, with a vision to 2045. One of the main groups of solutions is to focus on supporting the improvement of management capacity and improving the quality of enterprises for private enterprises in the area in the coming time.
Along with localities, in recent times, the provincial departments and branches have also actively participated, accompanied and supported private enterprises to improve their management capacity. Implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee on the development of specific policies for private economic development, based on its functions and tasks, the Department of Industry and Trade focused on researching and proposing expenditure contents and support levels related to the province's trade promotion program and specific mechanisms and policies. This year, Mong Cai International Border Gate Customs (Customs Branch of Region VIII) also organized a consultation and dialogue conference with more than 90 enterprises with import-export activities through the area to discuss and resolve difficulties for enterprises related to tax policies, specialized inspections, tax refund procedures, customs clearance time, etc.
