
According to a survey at 10:45 p.m. on November 10, world oil prices fell across the board. WTI crude oil prices fell by 0.17 USD/barrel (down 0.28%), to 59.58 USD/barrel. Brent oil prices fell by 0.17 USD/barrel (down 0.28%), to 59.58 USD/barrel.
Oil prices were little changed on Monday as investors assessed moves to end the US government shutdown while concerns about oversupply in the crude market persisted.
According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade , the world oil market during the price adjustment period last week (from October 30, 2025 to November 5, 2025) was affected by main factors such as: The US Federal Reserve (Fed) cut interest rates; the USD increased in price; US crude oil inventories increased, US gasoline and distillate inventories decreased; OPEC+ agreed to slightly increase oil production in December 2025 and temporarily stop increasing oil production in the first quarter of 2026; the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine continued...
The above factors have caused world oil prices to increase and decrease in recent days depending on the product.

According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the next price adjustment period, retail petroleum prices may increase slightly.
Of which, the price of RON 95-III gasoline is forecast to increase by about 0-50 VND/liter; E5 RON 92-II gasoline will increase by about 0-50 VND/liter; and Diesel oil will increase by about 550 VND/liter.
In the recent adjustment session (November 6), gasoline prices decreased across the board compared to the previous price adjustment period. Of which, E5 RON 92 gasoline is priced at VND19,682/liter (down VND78/liter). RON 95-III gasoline is priced at VND20,416/liter (down VND72/liter).
Prices of petroleum products fluctuated in opposite directions. Of which, diesel 0.05S is priced at 19,323 VND/liter (up 120 VND/liter); kerosene has a new price of 19,395 VND/liter (up 124 VND/liter); mazut 180CST 3.5S is priced at 14,320 VND/kg (down 319 VND/kg).
