At the scene, the victim's body was found near the motorbike, while the container truck was stopped a distance away.

Go Vap District Police mobilized forces to block off the scene, examine, and take statements to clarify.
After about two hours, the scene was cleared. The 35cm gap between two houses in District 10 was successfully cleared by the police.
