According to the medical records, 4 months ago, patient D.HP was admitted to the hospital in a deep coma with severe traumatic brain injury. The medical team at Dong Trieu Regional General Hospital performed emergency surgery to open the skull to reduce pressure, remove the hematoma and crushed brain tissue, and the skull fragments were sent to the tissue bank for preservation.
