Weaving, production of fabric fibers, textile raw materials: Meeting the demand and becoming an important link in the local textile and garment value chain. Promoting investment attraction, especially from domestic enterprises, encouraging enterprises currently producing garments that previously mainly imported raw materials to now invest in the textile industry, to proactively source raw materials, avoid risks, dependence in production and meet the requirements of exporting products to potential markets such as the European Union (EU), countries participating in the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans- Pacific Partnership (CPTPP).
