In his closing speech, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association Le Quoc Minh highly appreciated the efforts, enthusiasm and dedication of nearly 70 speakers for the National Press Forum 2025. All of them brought the forum truly quality sessions. The 10 thematic discussion sessions were organized methodically and scientifically , with highly topical topics and rich content, attracting great attention from the press and the public.

According to the Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association Le Quoc Minh, in the context of the world changing strongly under the impact of digital technology , artificial intelligence and globalization, Vietnamese press is facing unprecedented challenges, while opening up great opportunities if it knows how to proactively adapt and innovate. The most necessary thing at this time to be able to preserve its existence and develop sustainably while AI is prevailing, creating a huge amount of content, the only solution is that the press needs to focus on content quality and core values, the press must redefine its mission, not to report the fastest news, but to bring the deepest and most reliable values.

“The National Press Forum 2025 is not only an intellectual and dialogue space for journalists across the country, but also a place to open up ways for the Vietnamese press to innovate and create in the spirit of Resolution 57 and Resolution 18, towards a truly professional, modern and humane press in the era of national development,” emphasized journalist Le Quoc Minh.

The National Press Forum 2025 is a highlight activity of the National Press Festival 2025, part of a series of events celebrating the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press, organized by the Vietnam Journalists Association in coordination with the Central Propaganda and Education Commission and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The forum gathered 1,000 delegates including leaders of press agencies, journalists, media experts and leading speakers.

With 12 in-depth sessions, including the opening and closing sessions and 10 thematic sessions, the forum focused on discussing important issues of journalism in the new era, attracting the attention of press agencies and press management agencies, including: Vietnamese journalism - Challenges and opportunities - ready for the new era; Female leaders in journalism: Women's voices in news management; Conquering Gen Z readers: Decoding the formula for success; Artificial intelligence and digital transformation strategies of Vietnamese press offices; Revenue sources in the digital age: Not just advertising, journalism must sell more; Television adapts to the new media environment; What mechanism for radio to develop in the current period?; Data is the root of modern newsrooms; Personalizing content to keep readers loyal; Resolution 18 and the requirement for innovation in journalism personnel.
