With the function and task of being a manager and technical guide of the sewing line at An Thinh Enterprise, An Hung Joint Stock Company (Tuy Hoa City), Ms. Dang Thi Hai Van (born in 1975) has many initiatives and successfully completed the assigned tasks. With 32 years of experience in the industrial sewing industry (from February 1993 to present), Ms. Dang Thi Hai Van has extensive experience and has held many positions in her profession as well as in trade union work. She has been a sewing line leader for 14 years, a union team leader for 15 years and is currently the manager and technical instructor of a group of 4 sewing lines. She always tries to complete any task well and excellently.

Ms. Van said: “The characteristic of industrial sewing is that it recruits workers with different general and specialized qualifications, so their ability to perceive and absorb is also different. In order to effectively guide and improve the skills of female workers, as a direct instructor, I have advised the company's board of directors and specialized departments to come up with a solution for vocational training. That is, using skilled workers to directly guide and train new workers with the motto of hand-holding and mutual self-learning. With this method, sewing line workers in the company quickly improve their skills and improve product quality.”
