With the spirit of "Leaving no one behind", from the beginning of 2025, localities in the province have deployed and mobilized all resources so that the program can reach the finish line on schedule and according to the set plan.
The family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Doan in village 1, Quang Chau commune (Hung Yen city) received support of 100 million VND under the province's program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses. Ms. Doan said: "Before, my mother and I lived in a level 4 house of only about 20 square meters, which was both a place to live and a place to cook. Every time there was a heavy rain or a storm, my mother and I were always afraid that the house would collapse. Because I didn't have a stable job, my daughter was always sick, and I lived alone, my dream of building a new house was difficult for me to realize. After checking, my family received financial support along with the help of relatives and neighbors in the village." Currently, her family is building a spacious and clean level 4 house. The completed house is a great motivation for her family to stabilize their lives, confidently develop the economy to escape poverty.
Grassroots cadres have had many good ways, suitable to actual conditions, to mobilize and propagate poor households to seize opportunities, take advantage of support capital from the State and the community to build and repair houses. Mr. Hoang Van Quynh, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bai Say Commune (An Thi) said: Through screening, Bai Say Commune has 8 cases eligible for support to remove temporary houses. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune coordinates with the local government to assign leaders, cadres and civil servants of the commune to directly monitor, urge and help each household on the approved list to build houses; mobilize militia forces, youth union members and the Village Front Work Committee to participate in supporting working days to help and monitor the house construction until completion before May 31".
Thoroughly implementing the motto "The Party leads, the State manages, the Fatherland Front and organizations support, and the People are the masters"; with high determination, great efforts, drastic actions, focusing on key points, completing each task, clearly assigning people, tasks, time, responsibilities, results, and products, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province takes the lead in coordinating and mobilizing social resources in combination with State resources to join hands in supporting the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for the people.
